PC Tools Firewall Plus is a freeware firewall created by PC Tools for Microsoft Windows. It works on the 32-bit version of Windows Vista, as well as XP, 2000 and Server 2003. The current version is available as a standalone product and with Spyware Doctor as a bundle.
The program is a two-way firewall, monitoring incoming and outgoing traffic from a computer.
